The location of the hotel was amazing, just a short walk from the old town and conveniently close to the train station. The staff at reception were friendly and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The free coffee and tea facility in the breakfast area was a great perk, especially for those early mornings.
That my room faced the street, which made it quite loud at times. However, the staff handled the situation professionally and promptly moved me to a quieter room.

Wonderful hotel! The location couldn't be better and the stuff was very attentive and always ready to help. The hotel is brand new the rooms spacious and comfortable. The breakfast fresh with a good choice and the 24h available coffee/tea together with the delicious traditional pastries was a nice touch. The best hotel we stayed during our trip to Portugal. I can only highly recommend it!! I would return there any time...

Location of the hotel is excellent, 5 minutes walk form Sintra palace, however peaceful and quiet. Beautiful city, surroundings and nature. Very good restaurant in nearby street. Free internet in hotel. Hotel staff knows the area well and provide good advices.
There is nothing wrong with hotel itself, maybe a breakfast could be improved. Parking the car may be a problem during the day. City is extremely busy on Sundays, when a lot o people visit Moore castle and Pena national palace. Narrow and single direction road which leads to both locations is extremely crowded. I recommend the use of public transport for the visit.

The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and the beautiful old town. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern decor. The breakfast provided a great variety of delicious pastries and fruits. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing useful advice on places to visit in the area. Despite a few minor inconveniences like road noise and lack of lactose-free options at breakfast, I would definitely recommend this classy hotel. I had a great experience and would gladly stay here again.
